We're a congregation of ordinary people who take the Bible seriously and each other personally. Sunday mornings at First Baptist feel less like a production and more like coming home — open Bibles, honest conversation, and a community that's genuinely glad you showed up.

Pastor Brian Hudson leads our church with a commitment to expository preaching — working through Scripture book by book, letting the text speak for itself. If you're looking for a church where the Word is central and the people are real, you might be in the right place.

We know walking into a new church can feel a little awkward. It doesn't have to be. Whether you've been in church your whole life or it's been a while, you're welcome here — no pressure, no performance required.

When you arrive, someone will greet you at the door. We're a smaller congregation, which means you won't get lost in the crowd — and you're likely to make a real connection your first Sunday.
Sunday School kicks off the morning with age-appropriate classes for all ages. Then at 10:30, we gather for worship — congregational singing, prayer, and a sermon that opens the Bible and takes it seriously. Afterward, we tend to stick around. Coffee, conversation, no rush.
